Refund Policy

Scrub to Scale provides digital products, downloadable materials, online training, and membership access. Because these products are delivered digitally and often provide immediate access, all sales are generally final.

1) Digital Products and Downloads

Once access has been granted to digital downloads, templates, calculators, or educational materials, purchases are non-refundable.

2) Memberships and Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds for prior payments.

3) Case-by-Case Consideration

While refunds are not guaranteed, Scrub to Scale may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Approval of any refund is not an obligation and does not create a precedent for future refunds.

4) Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at ebooth@scrubtoscale.com. We will investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

5) Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in suspension or termination of access to all Scrub to Scale products and services.

6) Legal Rights

This policy does not override any consumer protection rights required by applicable law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or under United States federal law.
